Tv and broadband
My new bill is now nearly £80 I cannot afford this as I am a single mother and I am on universal credit, I used to pay £47 if this isn't changed I will be leaving sky and going to another broadband

Re: Tv and broadband
With regards your broadband.......
This link explains the process if you’re eligible for Sky Broadband Basics. If you are eligible you will need to call Sky to join
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-social-tariff
The Sky account holder needs to be claiming Universal Credit or Pension Credit to qualify for it. Sky would require the relevant NI number so they can check. It is only available to customers who already have Sky Broadband.

- You might like to consider renegotiating any discounts that have recently ended, you will be pleasantly surprised at what is available to you to bring the price back down.

Re: Tv and broadband
If I were you I would definitely consider dropping the TV, it isn't a necessity, and perhaps speak to Sky to negotiate the broadband.
