I am trying to set up a new sky tv package as a new customer. I have set up the initial email but when I try to add the package it says I need to link my sky ID to either my bank account or sky account number. I never entered any bank details and don't have a sky account number as it just says Guest Access next to my sky account. I can't order sky without this. Infuriating. Can anyone help me???

Find out moreI'm not quite sure how you are going about this because as a new customer you will not have an account number or ID so all you should do is to go to the Sky website and order your package, it will then ask you to create an account as you go along. If you are struggling to do this then give Sky a call as they can place the order for you and should be able to help you with setting up the account.

you may have to use a different email address now as the current one is being used for the sky id you are using for this forum

The first time I did it there was a glitch with their site and it was down so tried to buy another package but it wants you to sign up first so did that again and in the same boat. Thought I was missing something but their website is c**p
