Wrong package

I upgraded to SKY HD yesterday but I noticed on my bill that I’m paying for a kid’s package that I never asked for.

@Johnny+Pringle  I'm afraid your not talking to Sky, this is a customer helps customer forum.  Did you receive any email confirmation about what you agreed to?  This will be in your Sky Message centre Message Centre (sky.com)

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If the Kids package is separate and you are being charged for this then you will need to contact Sky about this, there is a phone number or message service that can be found here:

So select "Yes I still need help".

No I don't see anything in message Center other than the upgrade to HD I made recently. I will try the cancellation number though, thanks
