Okay so i had some trouble connecting my sky puck, it wouldnt find my account so i did a factory reset, once it loaded up and i connected back to our internet using wifi it said that it had linked my account - except it wasnt my account, was a random name. So i said it wasnt me and then it said again weve found your account but there was no name, just a comma. So again i said it wasnt me and then it sent a code for me to enter online on my account. This worked and it linked my account, but after looking at the connected devices it is showing 2 pucks have been linked to my account and i only have the 1. Really random, anyone else had this happen?

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
