Faulty Puck

I'm really going to lose my rag with Sky puck. It's never worked since I got it in November. The remote doesn't switch it on and have to do a reset and connect to WiFi every time I use it. I rang them last week, they said it might be a faulty puck and would get in touch with me. They  sent an email saying it was a known issue and they were working to rectify it. I had to phone them again today as it won't let me link the account, every time I try it just says "you are not authorised to access this page." Well I was last week, and the week before and the week before that and I haven't changed any settings. The guy on the phone said he was transferring me to an "expert" but instead just put me on hold for 20 minutes. I wish I'd never left SKY Q now, much better service all round. I always stick with Sky as ordinarily they're really good but this is making me just want to leave them altogether. The bloke on the phone said he could credit me this month"s puck subscription but couldn't for the last four months it's been happening. It's really poor customer service from Sky.
