@Curly+No+Snoooooo I'm sure you have but have you powered it down (remove from mains) for a decent amount of time (30 mins).
Some people have had this issue and it's resolved via this method otherwise it's probably dud.

Posted by a Sky employeeAs per @Anonymous reply..
A full power down and back up again usually resolves vertical line issues. If still present after a full power down then screen will have to be replaced.

Posted by a Sky employee@Jayboy1990 - Sometimes when people say they have switched things off and on they have only actually just pressed the standby button on remote so I always check first 🙂

Left TV unplugged all day, lines have decreased but can still see both bands on bright or dark screens. Not very confident in this TV lasting tbh

Let's face it, customers should not have to keep powering down/unplugging a TV to sort these issues.
You wouldn't be happy if you bought a new car and it breaks down every other day, for the dealer to tell you disconnect the battery for 30 minutes and you'll be good to go!

@cwmparc Completely agree, its ridiculous, I had my fingers crossed that a long power down would clear it meaning @Curly+No+Snoooooo did not have to go through the pain of sending it back.
Sadly it didn't work 😞

Posted by a Sky employeeIt would appear that the TV will likely need replacing which unfortunately is not something we can arrange through the messaging service. You would need to call in to speak with the tier 2 Glass team to organise getting this replaced.
