Re: Support from sky with Error your card is not authorized.

I have the error "your card is not authorized." Its an existing card. I have gone through all the steps in the forums, and can see that my card number on my existing card no longer exists in my sky account. But i cannot contact sky to rectify this. There is no email address offered and no call logging portal that i can find. Just a message saying sky is only answering calls to vulnerable people. How do i contact sky to get the problem with my account fixed?!?!

Ive just descovered ive been paying for a extra box for a good few years when i dont have a extra box, i want it all refunded...

I'm in financial difficulties at the moment due to covid-19... I'm wondering what will happen with my subscriptions I've been with sky nearly 2 years and this is my first experience of not been able to pay.... what will happen

Sorry but you will need to speak to Sky.  This is a customer to customer forum, we are not Sky and no one has access to your account.

@Ashlee2020 , you need to discuss with Sky. They will attempt to claim via Direct debit on your contract date, if no funds available there will be a second attempt 10 days later. If the bill is not paid they would probably put you on restricted services and write/email you about the outstanding payment

I sarted with you and the frist aggred amount was taken out of my account 11th March the sum of £4.61. Then on the 19th March again the aggred amount went out, it was £31.43. Fine I just had a email from you saying you would take out the next paymeny on the 19th of April with the sum of £53.42!!!!!!!!. Can you please tell me whats going on this is not what I aggred to. Can you please help me I am a vulnerable customer.

Due to the restrictions sky has put on there customer services it is Nye on impossible to connect to a advisor...

Hi Chloe,

can someone please assist me, I have had an email from sky regarding extra charges on my account and I can't speak to anyone about them ws requested.

do you know how I go about contacting someone with regards to this please? I had some new equipment to installed and the old box collected by the engineer and it looks like that's what the charges are for

Hi, I changed my bill in February after paying for that month but as of the 28th of March our sky bill is now £220 how do I go about paying this as this seems a lot to pay especially right now and have no way of contacting anybody to deal with

I have looked at the help sections regarding my issue but it doesn't really help me as all its telling me to do is pay my bill in installments regardless of wether or not we are cut off, those doesn't really help me with the fact my sky bill is over £200 for changing my payment date

@Rebecca95 , how can you bill be £200 just for changing  the date. Does it include for new admin fees, missing payments. Seems expensive just for a date
