These are difficult times for everyone. The call centres aren't readily available.

The only problem with putting your account on freeze, is that once SKY have froze your account you wont have access to any of your sky package. This is unlike what they have done with SKY Sports but that is only £20 they are crediting for 3 months not hundreds of pounds each month.

I paid my bill yesterday and I haven't been able to call out, txt or have any Internet. I've ringing and can't get through. Not having any service is a priority don't you think.

What are sky doing for bills. I have paused sky sports already but with both me and my partner being self employed we have absolutely no income and can't pay our bills.

Then you need to go back to the drawing board with you finances, anyone who does not have the minimum of 6 months worth of money as backup is not being very sensible especially when self employed
I also have zero income but that is not due to the current situation, I can easily survive many years as I control my outgoings very tightly

I'm a self employed hairdresser with a salon and due to the ongoing crisis am left with zero income. What saving I had went into my salon as we were hit the moment the virus hit here, with fear and panic. I'd of hoped sky would freeze payments until help for the self-employed would come through. Having zero income we don't know how anything is going to pan out, it's such a stressful time with not much help available from any company

I'm guess a number of people are in the same situation, I've been made unemployed due to the CoronaVirus regulations. So I'm struggling to pay my bills at the moment until I get financial help or work can resume. I can't find any information on help given by sky (differed payments without getting cut off preferably)
can anyone advise me?
