I've recently paid my bill on the 9th and it shows on my bank statement as paid successfully but sky are still trying to take a payment of £116 .
I've been in touch with an advisor on the 11th who says my account is in credit of £116 but like I've said sky are still trying to take more money

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nicholaa93 the process for taking payment starts several days before the actual date payment is taken and cannot be stopped. Therefore you should not make manual payments if you have a direct debit in place. You will need to contact sky again after dd is taken to request a refund which takes 3 to 5 working days.
