@Kevincassie we are told the revised firmware will be rolled out overnight - you should not need to do anything assuming your unit is plugged in.

@AJM1972 They probably think it's permanently dim like that. I'm sure it's the same flicker we are all getting.

I hope you're right. I did explain that it's not a permanent 'burn' mark and I think they understood.

Mine has updated to QS001.15.OP but still have gaps in programme list on EPG.

Me too. But at least flickering is gone. A happy bunny now. First of many updates I suspect. Sky Glass will get better and better and hopefully all the negative doomsayers will start to love Sky Glass just like I do. It's a great system and very happy with the tv

I suspect that's a server-side issue which will be sorted out in due course. I don't think it'll need a software update.

Mine has just updated, so will keep an eye if any of the Puck issues have been resolved.

The Glass as well started updating after the force firmware update trick - I guess the Glass will win the race: it has 500Mbit on Wired ethrrnet the puck has only wifi 😉

How do you get it to update? when I click update it just sits there and does nothing but won't go back?

Power off by pressing the power button - unplug and the replug the power cable and it forces the firmware update...
