Well yesterday (Thursday) i had no problems with downloads. Today (Friday) back to normal 'Download Failed'

How do you know it's not an issue with BT and BT need to come up with a new firmware?

FYI I have been able to do downloads via sky GO onto my mobile phone via 4g but still np joy on sky Q box...

Just called Sky again, they admitted there is a problem, but they just don't know what it is yet...they are baffled it seems. Admitted it does seem specific to Sky channels which is what is perplexing them the most.

Seems like the more of us call in to them to complain the better as it will then get more urgency to resolve.

Have just gone onto my laptop and can seem to download via Sky Go to my Sky QBox. Just downloaded Lost Symbol ep7 and all seems ok and ep 8 now downloading

Having the same issue. 

Recorded the first two episodes of Chucky in the early hours, tried to carry on watching on demand. Downloads kept failing. 

Tried again a bit later it started working, managed to download and watch the next 3, but now getting download failed again. 

Can download to my phone via the Sky Go app, but just won't download to my box.

Same issue here as everyone else. Been fine for years and now over the past few days having download failed issues. With BT.  Will phone up and complain tomorrow...

Might want to call BT to complain.

Why complain to BT? It's a Sky issue. 

As others have said, it's only Sky content that fails to download, anything non-Sky is fine.

Definitely a Sky issue. Spoke to an agent earlier today, who looked into it and called me back later.  Its only  Sky channels that seem affected and their technical department is totally confused over it. The programs that don't download, do seem to, on an odd occasion if you try later - for some reason.

Then why is it mostly BT customers who are having this problem?

I guess it is only an issue for BT customers as anyone with Virgin broadband would also have their TV with Virgin...

If we handn't moved, I would have gotten Virgin Broadband to go with Sky Q..
