Wow another day gone now since Saturday just gone still nothing from back office for a fix.I been to.d 72 hours for a fix gone that ages ago.

They'll probably tell you that it's 72 working hours or in more normal parlance, 3 working days. I've just gone past 48 hours of my 72 hours to remove the Glass Pending Delivery attached to my account. I'm waiting on the £874 refund though as our Q wasn't affected.
Friday morning, if it's still on my account, I'll do a chargeback as the bank insist on 15 days from the first request.

Well we do still have our Sky sub although depending on your outlook that may not be a good thing.
I'm 50-50 whether I'm staying with them at all at this point.

Well due a call back this morning will I get it have not the last two.So can Sky be trusted to give calls backs I say no.The back office still not fixed my sky Glass subscription.So at the moment I can't cancel my sky glass tv or sky glass subscriptions and I can't restate Sky Q.

Well no phone call but got a text "we still working on your enquire" text so no phone call again.

I'd been with sky since 1993 till this all happened. It just made me realise that Sky actually had quite a hold over our tv watching. We don't have a tv aerial, and so when the glass wouldn't turn on, and they couldn't switch my q back on (not the poor sky employee's fault i must add), we realised that there must be alternatives out there. Alternatives where you don't have to rely on someone at the other end of a very long wait on several telephone calls, over the course of days/weeks, to allow you to watch television. The likes of freesat and freeview puts the control back in your hands, and you don't have a company switching you on and off (along with the thousands of pounds you pay them to boot). Don't be scared to look elsewhere if you're not getting the service you're paying (large amounts of money) for.

I can get four tv apps for the price of Sky.I never had this problem before Sky customer services say they phone back and they don't and never spend hours on the phone waiting for glass cancellations to answer the phone.I want premium TV you only get this pay for view not freeview or freesat one good this about those is you can record for free as well.

I wonder if it has something to do with length of time you've been a sky customer for.
13 years for me and I can see my sky Glass order is on a different account number than my Q and other services.
I can see this by clicking the person icon in MySky app. How many years have you been a subscriber?

4 years gold vip member but I been with sky for nearly 30 years had a two year gap.So had to start again.

Right... I've had Q since it was launched 5 years ago. So perhaps they had to make a new account because the system mine is on doesn't have Glass any more. I know you couldn't go back to packs that you used to be on because they didn't exist before.
