RE-boot your router and if BT router make sure you disable Smart setup.

Hi @Lizzie+2

Try first rebooting your main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the mini.

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

If you still have issues with the mini try a Network reset.

Network Reset found in Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box or a Q booster

I'm sure you have that advice on permanent copy and paste. 😂

@BlackfishUsing the information on the pull out card on the BT hub log in as admin.

Click on "Smart set up" it then gives you an on/off option.

There are some other thinks you may have to do  with smart hubs depending on what other problems you have.

Split the frequencies in the hub. (can't with the SH2)

Move the 5Ghz channel as far away from Ch36 as you can.

If none of the above work you can also narrow the bandwidth in the Q boxes. From 80 to 40

Screen shot below, you will only see it when the photo is approved
