Sky Q box doesn't work.

I am an 12 year Sky customer. The Sky Q box loads nothing. No programmes., nothing. Reboot, restart, I've tried it all. Nothing. Sky offfer zero online help. (a) can some reccoment a better package with good support with actual television coverage and (b) is there a way to make Sky Q box work?

What do you mean by nothing? We've not got much to go on. What is happening on screen? What are you seeing on the box itself?

Amber light. I get a notification 'Sky' in pixilated text and then something like 'you'll up and running in a few minutes', then black screen. That's it. Over and over.

@Kentish+RakeIt sounds like the WiFi link between the main box and your router is not very good, has anything changed recently. New router, New phone, New electronics of any type which could interfere with the signal.

@Kentish+Rake  So give Sky a phone, they will fix it for you by a visit or over the phone.
