Sky q box hot

My sky a box is very very hot to the touch and when I connect to the tv it makes the tv turn on and off randomly I cannot watch, when I disconnect the q box my tv works fine

@Rothy35The boxes do run hot but not so hot that you can't touch them. Try turning off HDMI control (CEC) in either the Q box or your TV as this is how the Q box turns your TV on.

If it is unreasonably hot speak to Sky so they can replace the box, remember Q boxes need lots of air flow so don't mount them behind TVs or put them in closed cabinets.
