Following a recent upgrade to my broadband to fibre, the Sky engineer installed a new router. I have successfukky linked the router to my Sky Smart TV and can get Netflix, Amazon etc. without problem. However, whatever I do following on-line advice I cannot connect to On Demand

Not sure what you mean by Sky Smart TV.
You've posted in the Sky+ forum. Can you confirm you have Sky+, not Sky Q?
