I understand that you have to pay £15 month to have multiscreen and you have to return the mini box as it's rented and that's why your charged £15 month, but if you was to purchase the multiscreen mini box £69 you also still have to pay £15 month extra on top of your sky bill as if you was renting the mini box when you own it?

@hii+yaa No simply because ALL Sky Q equipment is loaned, you cannot "buy" them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@hii+yaa As @Daniel0210 says all q equipment is loaned to you and must be returned if you cancel
