I sent back my mobile for the swap last Tuesday by special delivery. I can see it was received last Wednesday. Sunday morning I was still receiving emails saying Sky hadn't revived my mobile so I rang up. Was at first being told it sometimes takes a few days for the phone to arrive but I explained I had proof it had been received by Sky. I was then told it was probably still in the warehouse , he'd put a note on my account and it would probably be updated tomorrow and I'd receive an email. Guess what? Still nothing! I'll wait until Wednesday and then call back but not very happy if I end up paying for 2 phones when I know Sky has my old one! I know there's delays but how long have others had to wait? Last time I did this it was processed very quickly!

Hurrah! Got email yesterday confirming phone received and swap all sorted.
