I've purchased sky glass as a birthday present. Have just read that an engineer arrives to install it. But I'd like to keep it boxed and wrap it up for a birthday surprise. Is this possible?

The delivery company unpacks the TV etc and puts it on it's stand. You can ask them to just leave it if you wish.

You can ask the Panther delivery people to leave it in the box, but the account is registered to you and automatically activates after 14 days if you do not install the TV.

so be sure not to leave a to bigger gap between date of delivery and the date of birthday

Which would cause any existing Sky subscription to cease, and associated hardware to stop functioning.
