Re: Sky fibre tp link ax6000
I believe the 2100 is a combo modem/router whilst the AX6000 is just a router.
What package are you on, FTTC or FTTP?
Those TP-Link routers (pure) can be somewhat of a pain to set-up.

Re: Sky fibre tp link ax6000
I don't think it would work via dhcp option 61 but may with dhcpv6 prefix delegation
Select the WAN interface section of router GUI, then select dual-stack option WAN interface for IPv4 & IPv6, for the address select DHCPv6 (dynamic option not static), enable prefix delegation (PD) on WAN and then select SLACC for IPv6 creation method on LAN interface
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Re: Sky fibre tp link ax6000
You are not talking to representatives of Sky so nobody will call you.
Sky also do not support using 3rd party routers so they wouldn't be able to help even if they did call you.
You'll need to figure out how to post images if you want further help. It is very simple just tap the camera icon.
