I am unable to connect to my solar panel control panel.

I'm unable to connect to my solar panels controller via my Sky network, the supply says the following is the problem: Our Data Scientists think this issue may be down to something called "MAC Filtering" 

I've included some instructions below on how to resolve this 

1. Log in to your router's admin site.
2. Navigate to Advanced.
3. Navigate to Mac Filtering or Access Control.
4. Select the option to disable filtering.
5. Click Apply or Save.

There is no option to disable Mac filtering and it worked for 18 months before stopping the connection. The device is still in the network as it's IP address is showing.

The Sky hub doesnt have mac filtering so your solar panel provider is incorrect on the diagnosis.
