Sky+ entitlement message

I keep getting the above message when I go to watch catch up and my on demand doesn't work either when they should my packages haven't changed so they both should work. Tried calling and can't get through and the live chat was no help either could someone please help

After speaking with Charmaine83 we paired/validated the viewing card and refreshed the subscription which has resolved this issue.

Unless you have a replacement card or a Sky Q order outstanding or cancelled then a New Install should re-pair your card and get your features back

Have you placed an order for Sky Q or have had your TV service suspended due to a non payment of a bill ?

My account was suspended due to late payment, but has now been reinstated, I did however place an order for sky Q yesterday but I got the message before I did this.

I am having the exact same issue after returning to sky just a few days ago. We originally cancelled after realizing we were paying for the on demand services and never reviewing them and the costs were going up again. Having been assured we would have access to box sets, we returned as customers but now can not access box sets again. Very frustrating as it was an incentive to rejoin. Could you help me fix this issue? Please

Hi we move from sky q back to sky+hd are multscreens say we don't have Sky+ Subscription is any way u can fix it please

my sky multscreens saying don't sky + entitlement I look it up saying it sky signature make it stop working can please fix because start really anony me now if keep happening I will leave sky all together 😡

No we left sky Q because didn't working so we went back to  sky +
