Sky account no help during covid19

My sky account has been suspended and I lost my job during covid what can they do to help

@Liam2323  You will need to call them, however as your account has been suspended you will need to call from a phone not linked to your account or withold your number by dialling 141 before dialling Skys number.

 

As we are all customers here we can't tell you what Sky will do for you, however it would have been better to engage with them before your services were suspended.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Liam2323  If you are struggling financially to make payment you may want to register with Sky accessibility as they are the best placed team to help

Hopefully the accessibility team an help you @Liam2323 , but a tip, if you are struggling to pay any bill (and not just Sky) talk to the company before the bill is due to be paid as they might be more inclined to help you if you make the call before the billing date.
