Delete inactive linked sky ID

I took out a new deal with sky today and created a sky ID but I cannot access the full  app due to this message "we found an old inactive account linked to your sky id.......you need to unlink". I have never had an account under my name or email. But my partner has just terminated a contract under her email at the same address. I have followed the steps to unlink several times but the message still appears and I cannot use full app. My partner cannot find a way to delete her Sky ID app and I am not attached to this. Can anyone help?

If your services haven't been installed yet then you will be unable to create an ID until they have been which might be why you are seeing this message.

 

To remove the email from your partners account try logging in here and doing it:

 

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
