Sky a mini box has froze

My sky a mini box has froze. I've checked all connections as the online advises. I've tried booking an engineer with no success. I've tried ring sky 5 times and it cuts me off. I've litertried everything. All connections are good. On the main sky q hun it says connected. Batteries are working!! Why is it so difficult to book an engineer!!

Hi @Ollybobs12  Try rebooting the main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?
