Ive had a running Sky Broadband issue for months, they couldn't fix it, so I eventually swapped to a 3rd party router and the problem went away.
Now however Sky Q wont let me download any on demand programmes, despite having internet (as Netflix and BBC iPlayer work)
I get 'Failed, no subscription'
Tried phoning but everyone is in training and the lines are down (yes, im being serious)

Hi @Mapperuo Check that you are not trying to download HD content without the HD add on to your subscription?
Try downloading content in SD?
