Agree, seems to have hit with the 11 release. Same issues for me, also on netflix with Dolby Vision content.

Ah alright, if the hdmi cable or the internet connection aren't the problem, it'll be a fault with your sky puck

No the Puck is fine the issue is with the 11 release, that needs to be addressed by Sky.

Yes still happens with the 12 update.

Because the Puck is on version 12 and the picture last night on the football when it went to a graphic suffered from pixelation.

I had this issue when watching lord of the rings on Amazon video.

Here is another video of it doing it today again. It might not show straight away until the mods authorise it.

Problem: Picture pixelating and freezing and sound freezing on UHD channels.

Just to reiterate, this only happens on the UHD channels, so for me I've noticed it on the Sky Sports UHD channels and it happens on all of them.

Also just to reiterate this is on my Sky stream puck. I don't really use the Sky glass TV so haven't tried it on there.

Also I have performed a soft reset on the Sky Stream puck (which forces a software update) and that didn't work, so I factory reset the Sky Stream puck and that hasn't worked.

I'm relying on this forum for a Sky mod to pick up the videos and pass them onto the support team as I don't know any other way to pass the videos on. But I haven't had a response from the mods yet.

Does anyone know an email address where I could contact the support team and pass on the videos to them.

*Update*

So I usually access the UHD channels/streams directly onto the UHD channel itself via the tv guide which is between channel numbers 3049-3051. This is what I have been having the problems on.

I thought I'd try going onto the HD version of the channel and pressing the red button, to access the UHD stream (which I have never done before). Did this and there is no problems with the picture or sound and the quality of the picture actually looks better.

So why does it only do it if you go to the UHD channel directly using the TV guide hmmm.

The villa and Brighton match on UHD today was terrible picture breakup and now it's it's ads in between episodes on catch up I'm just not enjoying the sky stream experience. UHD sport does look great but it is just not that smooth as it should be.

Spoke too soon.

It is also doing the same thing with picture distortion and sound cutting out on the red button stream, but it's not as severe and not as frequent, however I haven't watched a full match on the red button to test this out properly.
