Sky Q returns

So, I have upgraded to sky glass and returned my Q equipment in the given return packaging sent. I have received a text to say I need to return the equipment... it's been sent via Royal Mail weeks ago and I have receipt to prove this. Having looked everywhere and the only option is to spend hours on hold making a phone call, is there any other way to get this sorted as I don't want sky to charge me for the equipment they will have received already?!?!
