Payment

I moved from sky Q to sky glass on October 1st but have been charged for both services 

thats over £200 

pmease help

Yes, there's a crossover month where you pay for both Sky Glass and your old package. Sky will refund the old payment - it should be within 6 weeks, or if you call once a credit,appears on your old Sky account, they'll manually refund the overpayment within 5 days.

This is correct due to a crossover on the two. If you have Sky Briadband your credit from the Sky Q bill will be used to pay or part pay the bill. If you don't have broadband from Sky then you can call them and request it is refunded to you which should happen between 3-5 days.
