Sky Q equipment return charge even though I'm still a customer and using it?

So I have bene charged for not returning the sky Q box to the sum of £50 however Im still a customer and still using the equipment and still paying a bill ?

@Gatti79 In case you’re not aware this is a customer helps customer forum. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services and they won’t contact you as the result of your post on here (unless your post is escalated).

There is obviously a blip here so unless your post is escalated you should call Sky ASAP.

If you have Sky Mobile or Sky Talk you can ring (free) by dialling 150, otherwise you can contact Sky through this link. The ‘Need More Help’ at the bottom of the page will provide a 0333 phone number.

Stay on the line, don’t hang up if prompted to and if asked reason for call say ‘technical’. Apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are quieter.

ROI: If you are in Ireland - in the very bottom right corner of the above link change the flag to ROI to obtain the relevant number.

@Gatti79  As per @Daniel0210  You may need to call Sky unless one of the forums Superusers/Oracles escalate your post, if they do they will reply advising of this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
