Sky Q Phone App

I upgraded to Sky Q at the start of the week. After a few issues we are now up and working. 

I use to use the Sky + App all the time to look at what's in my planner and send recordings to my box of I wasn't directly watching the tv. 

I have tried to pair my new box to the app, somethings nothing happens me other times it tells me to download the sky Q app. I cannot find this app anywhere!!

 

other threads I've read say I should now use the Sky Go app. I've tried this but it won't allow me to look at what recordings I have on my box.  I get a message saying I need multiroom.

can anyone help?

@LoopyLPThere used to be Sky Go and Sky Go extra as an add on.

I think everyone gets Sky Go but to effectively get what used to be Sky Go extra you now need multi-room which gives you what you want.

Hi @LoopyLP   A phone is treated like another screen, so you need Multiscreen to view your recordings.
