On demand not working

Hi I've recently rejoined sky and had an engineer out today, I cannot get on demand to work after using the online guide it says to upgrade subscription but I was told with skyq I would be able to use all on demand services and download shows

Provided you're not trying to download HD content without the HD pack, you'll need to call Sky as there is an issue with new and returning customers at the moment with not being able to download on demand or catch up.

Sky needs to send a refreshed signal to your viewing card. They're aware of the issue and have it in their script how to solve it.
