Sky Pace box won’t turn on.

Sky pace box has red light as power going to it. 
wont turn on

Welcome to the forum @Jk05 🙂. Just so you know, we're mainly other customers here.

You could try turning the box off at the plug for a few minutes to see if it recovers. If not, I'm afraid the box has developed a fault and will need to be replaced (it has lasted very well).

If you give Sky a ring, they'll probably be able to replace it for you. Cost will likely  be between £30 @and £65. Or you could obtain a used replacement from ebay, gumtree etc. You'll probably need to buy a Sky+HD box as older Sky+ that are still in working order are a bit rare. Or you could take the opportunity to discuss upgrading to Sky Q with Sky.
