Missing music channels

Missing music channels - I have some and all the below says Sky+HD box isn't getting signal:

MTV Music, MTV Hits, Box Hits, BoXmas, Kiss, Magic, Kerrang and the rest too !!

Why ?????

What are the Signal Strength/Qualities in the Sky Box setting when it's tuned to an affected channel?

Hi ....

So I've checked my signal settings and I have no input 1 signal strength or signal quality

But have 50% on both with Input 2

Would this be the problem ? If so, how can I fix it ?

Try unscrewing input 1s cable and check there are no tiny copper wires touching the thicker center core wire, then screw it back in (hand tight)
