Sky Mobile New Contract - No orders in progress

Hi all,

 

Placed an order for a new mobile contract earlier today. The order has apparently gone through, credit check done, phone was in stock and stating next day delivery.

 

When I check my order it simply states I have no orders in progress. While I can safely assume this means the next day delivery is unlikely, did this actually go through correctly? I did receive a vague initial email saying thanks for the order and some links to skyid (uneccesary as I already have all this set up and linked).

 

Do I just need patience here until it's actioned?

Hi @emily2409  it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the order to appear on your account.
