Hi, 

I would like to know how I can remove the name showing on my Sky ID the name is my former marital surname which I no longer want any association with. Please advise, thank you.

Do you mean the name starting with A that appears here, if so you can remove the account here:

@caesarome I think @Ambia means her surname on her Sky account. She's asking if it's possible to change it?

If it is your surname that you want changing then select the "Yes, I still need help" option here:

If I read the post right, this is asking for a change in the Sky Id itself, not a name associated with the account, or the profile associated with this community forum.

On Sky.com (when logged in), click on your name and you'll see the Sky Id at the top of the drop-down menu.

It's that Id (I beleive) that's being asked for here.
