I'm trying to pay my sky bill and this stupid site isn't loading my bill.

 This is the second time this has happened every time I go to pay my bill this stupid damn thing doesn't load up my account/bill info and I waste at least half and hour of my time trying to troubleshoot just to pay my damn bill when it shouldn't take two minutes.

If you have a direct debit setup then you don't need to pay your bill as the money is taken automatically each month.

If you do need to pay it then try using the MySky app on a mobile device if you can't load this page:

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

If you can't load this page then try clearing your browsers cache and cookies and then close it down before trying again or try using a different browser.
