Hi,
I've just signed up for a new 18 months contract and this is a bug with my recent sky go app.
When connected to the q box if I try to view any channel the app just closes. I've reset reinstalled etc deleted files from appdata etc
How can I fix this I cant watch any q linked channel on my pc.

Restarting the router fixed the problem. Not sure what happened then.

no it doesnt crash when disconnected from the box. it only happens on my main PC. mac works, tablets work. it started happening a few days ago.

The app works ok on my other windows 10 and 11 computers.
The issue is running on my 22H2 beta version of windows 11. I suspect this is the problem but it was working without issue before. It seems a new update has issues with 22H2 which will be going official soon.
