Sky glass screen stuck on sky cinema, won’t load from remote

Same issue Essex,access only available via voice control,I thought the TV was buggered.

Did a full recovery on mine, turned off at wall, held in standby button, switched back on at wall.

Sky Glass ran a software update, software verification then restarted, the remote still won't pair up so I'm stuck with it telling me "You're connected, Let's finish the rest of the setup...." but I still can't use the remote so can't  finish the setup.

whatever Sky did last night has bricked my remote.

Morning, mine is doing exactly the same thing.  I've tried everything to reset/restart but nothing.  I hope they sort it out soon.

I've turned on my sky glass this morning to the same. No TV or apps as cant get to anything. Nothing but problems since I've got sky glass

Same here. I can work out way round but my disabled mum who is in on her own today will not be able to use it. Another reason to regret the Sky Glass in a long list.

Only showing SKY Cinema screen, no Home Screen, can only get channels by using the remote mic.

Did exactly the same, reset the box etc. managed to watch live tv by searching for Good morning Britain and then scrolling up and down the channels. 
hopefully this will get sorted soon. We don't pay over £100 month for these type of glitches. It's meant to be easier!!

Just to reiterate, the problem also exists on Sky Stream but the voice controls do work.  Just press and hold the microphone button on the remote and say 'playlist' or 'TV Guide' etc.  it's not good but everything other than the Home page appears to be functional. 

it's a real pity that Sky do not seem to regard this as a problem and are not highlighting any issues with streaming services.

I have the same problem. I have picture but no home menu. Have done a reset and loaded software again but still not working. Seems like software update has not worked.
