You can talk to your sky glass so Sky Guide, HDMI 1, youtube, etc while theu fix the problem

Exactly the same issue on my TV and pucks. So frustrating, come on sky, sort it out

Seems to be widespread , try using the Mic control on your remote and ask for the tv guide . Not a fix but it is a work around until Sky get out of their beds ..

Many posts on this fault. Useyour voice remote & say tv guide, works that way until sky fix it apparently.

It looks like it is just Sky Glass. The puck on the other TV is working fine.

this morning both home pages on 2 glass TV's, streams to Sky Cinema and cannot navigate to any other channels , unless I use voice control, tried resetting, still same issue?
