I can see people were having an issue with this around November 2022, but does anyone have this today? Does anyone know how to fix it or is it something Sky need to fix?

My sky glass is stuck as well on a-z of cinema homE button doesn't do anything tried unplugging but nothing.

Yes it seems like the home screen is down, but if you use voice control you can access other apps

Looks to be a server issue at Sky's end so nothing users can do to fix it. As others have posted you can still use the system either by using voice search or access the text sesrch using the .... button. So using voice sesrch say "BBC One" and you get Breakfast etc.

Should get fixed quite fast I would think.

tried  re starting puck and re starting router nothing

Same issue here. Managed to get a channel on via voice control  but this really isn't acceptable.

Both tv and puck are both stuck on sky cinema A-Z so I can watch a movie but remote won't allow me off cinema. Can anybody help me please.

Switched on this morning to be met with a blue screen and the message "no programs of this type available". Did the unplug/wait/plug in but still the same. Microphone works but really not an acceptable alternative to the home screen.
