Sky glass

I seem to be having the same sky glass problem as everyone else this morning. No programs message and the screen won't do anything else, not even the option to go to Ariel connection to watch normal TV, has anyone found any answers yet?

I am having the same issue with the glass TV and all pucks.

Sounds like it 😞 I've already tried but in one breath it says to try using the trouble shooter and call back if that doesn't work and in the next they've said their lines aren't open until 8am

My sky stream is stuck on a-z sky cinema, tried resetting the pick, unplugging it and still stuck on this, all 3 pucks are the same

We're having the same issue this morning. Did you manage to solve it. We have done a complete reconfigure and that hasn't helped.

Same here! I could tell my remote what channel I wanted.  I hope they fix this soon!

Hi I'm getting this message when I switch on the TV this morning. Tried turning off and on etc. The message is superimposed with 'please wait" and the round and round symbol meaning thinking / waiting. Apart from that, nothing. Please help!

Sky stream wont load.  Keeps saying no programmes currently available. So annoying!!! Sort it out Sky. I'm paying for this!!!

This morning (03/02/2023) our Glass Home Screen is only showing Sky Cinema (even after a factory reset).

We can access channels and apps via speech and they work for a short time at which point the screen saver kicks in, but how do we retrieve the standard Glass Home screen and stop the screen saver from kicking in when watching a channel or app.

Hi

My Sky Glass started up this morning showing several films that are a sign watch.  I can't get out of this screen to get to the tv Guide.  
I can use voice control but it's not ideal.  I have tried full reboot.

There's currently a widespread issue with Glass/Stream. Clearly it's a problem with Sky's backend and we're all at the mercy of the tech dude there eventually waking up and realising the system is currently dead.
