Hi @Dazzler501 Is this a rental movie or have you purchased it? If it's a rental then you can only watch it via your phone I'm afraid.

I clicked on the option to send it to my box (it was a sky VIP member freebie film) several times but it’s still not appeared in my sky box

https://www.skystore.com/n/mlbm/my-library/my-movies
You can only send a Buy and Keep title to your Sky box and not a rented film.

I have the same problem purchased show dogs for the kids through my phone and I am trying to send it to my TV and there's no option. I've looked on my sky TV box and the films not on my sky box. I'm confused.

https://www.skystore.com/n/mlbm/my-library/my-movies
If not can you post back what model of sky box you have, press services on your Sky remote.
Use the left/right arrows to highlight Settings, and then press select.
Use the right arrow to highlight System Details.
Make a note of the Version Number.
If your version number begins 4F31, your Sky+HD box is compatible with Buy & Keep if not then it isn't.
If you have a Sky Q box then your box is compatible.
