Rubbish Sky Wi-Fi

Just paid £50 for a second mini box in bedroom, engineer here for nearly 2 hours finally got box working but day after I have no signal...... going back to BT

@Mrpartridge1 your telling other customers only here and not Sky. If you want help then you need to provide more detail or phone sky directly.

@Mrpartridge1 going back to BT for broadband will not have any impact on the connectivity of the Q mini as they only connect to SkyQ wifi mesh. Q tv boxes only act as wifi hotspots with Sky broadband.. 

 

Wifi oerformance is dependent on lyout and constructuon if your home give Sky a call to get a booster sdnt iut which you install halfway between the problem Q mini and the nearest Q tv box or Sky hub.
