Pixelation on live tv Sky Q mini
Right, now that the sound drop issue appears to have been fixed/reduced significantly, it is time for Sky to focus on the above issue. Is it going to take a year and thousands of posts to fix or is this something that can be fixed relatively quickly??

Re: Pixelation on live tv Sky Q mini
Pixilation on mini boxes is usually to do with connectivity issue more than anything.
Have you been through connectivity troubleshooting with us to try resolve it?

Re: Pixelation on live tv Sky Q mini
No, this is a known issue that appeared in either the Q14 or Q15 firmware. I have never had pixelation prior to then and my setup has not changed. So, similar to the sound drop out issue this is one that is going to take a year to fix and need thousands of people to respond to a thread before it is taken seriously 🙄
