Remember to take your viewing card out of the box you are returning.

Re: Returning equipment

Yes. The HDMI cable with the pink end should also be returned as it came with the box.

Hi @Solo15

It's hard to say for certain what will be included with the new equipment

depends if you are upgrading (in which case you usually would get new cables )

or like for like replacement (in which case you may not always get new cables )

My advice would be not to return anything for a day or two until you can see what's included

Re: Returning equipment

I can’t return my Sky equipment as it is in storage and I don’t have access to it so I won’t be able to return it within the specified time. I am living in temporary accommodation and do intend to install sky when I move into my new home but I can't return the equipment at this time.

Well you better ring Sky and tell them as we are just customers on this forum and have no dealings with your account.

@js0410

Regardless of whether or not you're intending to return to Sky in the future, you still need to return the Sky Q boxes. If you rejoin, you'll get new ones.

Sky can hardly take you on trust that you're planning to return at an indeterminate date and let you keep the boxes just in case, or everyone would end up doing that.

Putting them in storage was a choice you made and so I don't know if Sky would accept that as a reason to delay the non-return fee.

This happens ALL THE TIME - Sky's returns process is woeful. You need to ring them to get it sorted as we are just customers on this forum and not Sky customer services.

@Yoni we are customers like yourself. You'll need to contact Sky I'm afraid. It shouldn't be a problem if you have your proof of posting.
