I retuned my sky equipment

I have returned my sky equipment and I am still being charged

I presume you mean a non return fee. How long ago did you send it back? Have you kept your proof of posting?

i cannot find the proof of postage

Have you already rung Sky because the return package shoukd have been processed by Unipart by now. Without your proof of posting any cancellation of the fee will be at Skys discretion.
