Return issue

I'm just writing because I've had an email to say I need to return the sky equipment in the box I've been sent or get charged but I'm in the process of moving homes and I have not received anything to send it back in.

@Bwardle You are talking to other Sky customers here like yourself. Can you clarify, have you cancelled your Sky subscriptions?

@Bwardle  Are you taking Sky with you?  Or have you fully cancelled the service? if the latter then you will need to return the bolxes, you can use any sturdy cardboard packaging to return the equipment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@BwardleUsually the packaging is sent out when the contract ends if you cancel as if you are "out of contract" when you give notice of cancellation it is 31 days from when you notify Sky.

If you are using the Sky moving home service  and want Q at your new address you don't send it back just keep the boxes until Sky install it at your new address.

HOWEVER

If you need to return anything you can print a prepaid label and use your own packaging using this link.
