Booking site at "www.sky.com/help/book-tv-engineer" unavailable. Dreadful user support

Its impossible to get an engineer to visit....my Sky has been non-operational for two months - I have been ill, then a family wedding, so been unable/too busy. I went online and went through all reset procedures today, then automatic system said an engineer needs to visit, and referred me to the online web linl. It states booking system unavailable....and.....ironically "Contact Us" below that. I have spent ALL MORNING in contact with Sky.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Geodes88  If you've been in contact with Sky all morning are we to assume you've have an engineer booked?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
