I joined Sky Broadband recently ( i already have sky Q and 3 sky mobiles)
I was promised that if i took the broadband package i would have the cancellation fees from my old provider refunded. That bill has now arrived. Can anyone guide me as to who to send the copy of the bill as this offer has now been removed from the small print.

Worth noting that this offer is capped at £100, so not necessarily as generous as it appears, and is 'paid' as Sky account credit, not a direct refund.

I was having so many problems with Plus Net routers so i had to move on. Even their help- desk said they were poor. So £100 just about covers it. Just have to spend it on something from Sky !
